Terms & Conditions
1. A cancellation charge of 50% will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 7 Days of Travel.
2. Passengers are not to smoke on vehicle. It is against the LAW to smoke as from The 01/ 07/07.
3. The Hirer is fully responsible for the behavior and conduct of the passengers on vehicle.
4. The driver can refuse to transport any passenger that he feels could be a danger or a nuisance to other travellers.
5. Food consumption is prohibited without prior consent.
6. Stuart's Minibus will not accept responsibility for late arrival at destination due to traffic constraints, passengers arriving late and anything else that cannot be controlled by the driver.
7. Passengers that fail to arrive at the pickup point on time, having booked a return journey maybe left behind. A £10 charge per half an hour applies if passengers are late. The driver will collect this fee on the night. Failure to collect the fee on the night may result in the driver refusing to transport the late passengers.
8. Failure to wait for the minibus when a return journey is booked (for whatever reason) will be deemed breach of contract and no refunds will be forthcoming.
9. If any passengers are sick on the vehicle due to over indulgence, the hirer will be fined £30 for each seat that requires cleaning.
10. Parking charges not included within the cost unless stated prior to the event. Day-trippers in particular should note this term.
11. All passengers aboard any of our buses are required by law to wear their seatbelts for the whole duration of any journey. It is the law that all passengers must wear their seatbelts unless exempt to do so.
12. The HIRER is responsible for any damage caused to vehicle or appliances within the vehicle by the HIRER or the HIRER'S passengers. The HIRER will be invoiced for any damage.
13. A deposit of £100 to be charged on day of travel, for anybody who has arranged to drink alcohol on the bus.
This deposit is refundable, at the end of the journey providing no spillage or soilage has occurred. The amount deducted from deposit will depend on the severity of damaged caused.
